Firstly, please check if the entered phone number is correct. Also please keep in mind that in some cases it can take a couple of minutes for the code to be sent. It depends on the carrier. In case the issue is not resolved, feel free to contact us.

Requirements for photos and scanned copies:

1. All documents must be scanned from originals.

2. It is necessary to use only the document in which information is indicated in Cyrillic or Latin letters.

3. All scanned copies or photographs of documents:

  • Will be accepted only in jpg or png formats
  • Cutting the edges of the document is not allowed, all 4 corners of the document must be visible
  • Must be colored
  • Must be made on a plain background
  • Documents should not be edited
  • Should not contain scanning / photographing artifacts such as flash marks, blur

To open an account the only thing you need is a valid email you have an access to.

After the registration follow the instructions. You will get the verification email with all required information. Only your email is required to send, receive, store and exchange cryptocurrency.

For advanced features the further levels of verification are required.

My documents were rejected but I did everything correctly. What happened?

There are a lot of reasons why the documents were rejected during the verification procedure. We can’t disclose them for security reasons so we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The common mistakes are listed below:

  • Unclear or edited images
  • Cut images
  • The image is a black and white one
  • Inappropriate format. Please note that only JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF and BMP are accepted
  • Inappropriate size of the document (below 500kb and more than 5MB)
  • Expired documents
  • Old proof of the address. It should not be older than 3 months
  • Non-Latin characters are used

Check once again all the details and submit the papers. We will do our best to assist you.

What steps should I make to upload my docs?

Why should I do any verification at all?

Will I have to wait after sending the data?

It is instant. In case something goes wrong and our system fails to verify your account, we will conduct it manually. In this case the process will take up to 24 hours. Enhanced verification (Levels 3-5) requires a copy of your utility bill to be uploaded. This also takes around 24 hours as far executed only manually.
