No, there are no specific rules at all, everything is as always and the password should be at least 8 characters long. However please note that it should meet the requirements below

  • Lowercase character - 1
  • Uppercase character – 1 as well
  • Special character - one
  • One integer number

I want to create an account. What steps should I take?

First, use the SIGN UP button. It is on the top right corner. After you will be asked to submit an email, pin and a password. Your account will be activated as soon as you verify the email. No additional documents are needed.

Wisenex provides security with 5 levels of account verification depending on the sum:

Level 1: total amount not more than 300.00 EUR. Please, confirm the email address, submit photos of an id/passport, a card, a document confirming the actual address of residence

Level 2: from 300.00 EUR to 1,000.00 EUR. The stage is available only after completing Stage 1. Please, add to a selfie with an id/passpor

Level 3: 1,000.00 EUR to 2,500.00 EUR. Please, add a signed Credit Card Verification Form for all transactions made.

Level 4: number of transactions from 2,500.00 EUR. The maximum amount of successful deposits on the card per day: 10,000.00 EUR The maximum amount of successful deposits on the card per month: 30,000.00 EUR. The stage is available only after completing Stage 3. Please, add a signed Credit Card Verification Form for EACH transactions made)

Level 5: amounts for more than 30,000.00 EUR per month. The stage is available only after completing Stage 4. Please, add a signed PEP declaration, a source of funds and a source of wealth)

*Only high-resolution color images are accepted for the verification procedure. They should be of one of the following formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF and BMP, of a size from 500kb to 4MB.

**As far our system reads only Latin letters, please make sure you have a verified translation and can provide it as well.
