We are sorry but chargebacks are unavailable. There’s no way to claim the money back once the transaction is in process. The only way is to get a receipt of sending them back.

Is it possible to receive crypto from another wallet holder? If so, how it can be done?

You should firstly tap the “Receive button” that is placed on your dashboard. So you will see the address of your wallet. Copy it and send to another wallet holder.

But please keep in mind the following points. You have separate wallets for each currency. So it is possible to send BTC to BTC wallet only and same with LTC as well. As far it is impossible to reverse your transactions we strongly recommend to double check all the details before sending the funds. If the currency is sent to the wrong wallet you will lose the money.

Why my BTC\LTC did not arrive to my Wisenex account when I sent them? What happened?

Please keep in mind that up to 6 confirmations are require before the transaction will be considered closed. So the time can vary from half an hour to almost 16 hours of waiting. As soon as the amount is confirmed it will be credited

You can track the transaction by clicking on the transaction ID in your Wisenex account. You will be redirected to the Blockchain explorer so you can easily see how many confirmations are done already.
