I want to reset my Payment Password, can I do it?

Dear customer, please note that there are two options are possible.

First in case you just want to change your Payment Password but remember it at the moment:

  1. Enter your Wise account
  2. Find “Settings”. This section is in the footer menu, just in case.
  3. Go to the “Payment” section.
  4. Enter your current PIN code, your new PIN code.

That’s all, nothing else is needed. If you don’t remember your PIN and want to restore the access, you should contact us at once
